  • Adult Learn to Swim

    You're not alone! In the United States, approximately one third of adults are unable to safely swim the length of a pool. Embark on your aquatic adventure here!

    The program is thoughtfully crafted for adults with little to no swimming experience. The coach will tailor the workouts to your individual skill level, ensuring a personalized approach.

    *3 months program starts in January, April, July

  • Strength & Endurance Training

    This exhilarating workout session crafted to educate you on heart rate and breathing control methods while participating in various strength-building workouts using dumbbells in the pool.

    After the workout, play an entertaining round of the Underwater Torpedo League, providing an additional challenge to assess your breath-holding capability and endurance.

  • Triathlon Open Water Training

    Special 8 week training program specifically designed to elevate your triathlon swimming skills. This course is crafted to help beginners tackle the first open race as well as advanced swimmers aiming for mastery.
